The vendor is never in your critical path.
Is there really no setup fee or implementation cost?
Correct. There is no setup fee, no onboarding package and no implementation programme. You build for free in the sandbox for as long as you like, with the whole platform switched on and up to 100 test policies. You start paying only when you pick a plan to issue live policies, and that pricing is published on the website.

Support is included in every plan for questions along the way. What we do not sell is a consultancy engagement to do the configuration for you.
Can we start small and grow on the same platform?
Yes. The sandbox has every module on; Essential, Growth and Scale are the same platform at one fixed fee for a book of up to 500, up to 2,500 or unlimited policies in force. You move between plans whenever you like; the environment, products, brokers and data stay exactly where they are.
